Setting up your Stripe account

Our team would like to thank you for choosing Komeer Payments Service! Before you start using payments you will be required to setup a Stripe account to connect to your School Bank Account. All you need for the setup process is your School Bank Account IBAN number.

The setup process only takes a few minutes to complete so just follow these simple steps below and you will be sending payment alerts within minutes.

How to Setup Stripe

Login to Your Dashboard


  1. Click ‘Advanced Options’, (3 dots top right corner)
  2. Click on ‘Account’ in drop-down menu  
  3. Click on ‘Connect with Stripe’ to create account
  4. Enter your details (you will need your IBAN for this section)
  5.  Click ‘Authorize access to this account’
  6.  Once you verify your email received from Stripe your Komeer account and Stripe account are now connected


Sending a Payments Alert

Payment Alert

Click into the Alerts Menu


  1. Click ‘Create New Alert’
  2. Click ‘Payment Alert’
  3. Enter Title, choose Recipients and enter Message
  4. Select Stripe account, add Payment amount and enter Payment reference
  5.  Click ‘Send Now’ and your Payment Alert is sent
  6.  Alert now shows on the ‘Manage Alerts’ screen
