How to complete a hard refresh

 

Komeer Hard Refresh for Windows and Mac

Chrome:

Quick hard refresh can be done by using the following shortcut keys

Windows/Linux:

  1. Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button.
  2. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:

  1. Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.
  2. Or, hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.

 

Mozilla Firefox and Related Browsers:

Windows/Linux:

  1. Hold the Ctrl key and press the F5 key.
  2. Or, hold down Ctrl and ⇧ Shift and then press R.

Mac:

  1. Hold down the ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button.

Resolved Issues

Google Places API Service 25/01/21

We have been forced to implement daily quotas on the number of requests made to the Google Places API due to an issue with the service. This means that any of the app or dashboard features that relied on the address search feature will be experience degraded service. The maps features will still continue to work as they have not been affected by this issue. The team is currently working on bringing the service back to full operation and will update this page when they have done so. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Weather Alerts Service 14/12/20

The Weather Alerts service is currently having issues related to location-based API’s having degraded service at the current time. This may cause weather alerts to fail and not be sent to users. The team is currently working on bringing the service back to full operation and will update this page when they have done so. Please accept our apologies for any inconvience caused.

Push Notification Service 20/01/20

The server is currently experiencing a technical issue with the push notifications service. At this time we can not guarantee all push notifications will reach users devices. The issue is currently under investigation and this status post will be updated accordingly when a solution is found and implemented.

Server Maintenance 16/01/20 19:00 - 21:00

Maintenance is currently taking place on the Komeer Dashboard. While the site maintenance is taking place some features may not function as normally expected. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. This work is to update the dashboard to version 3.7.0. See changelog below.

Komeer Dashboard 3.7.0:

  • *New* GIS Alerts allow for sending of alerts based on the users’ location.
  • *New* Users table displays which users have valid geolocation address.
  • *Fixed* Images not been saved when saving an edited alert as a template.
  • *Fixed* Activity Feed history displays all notifications from the previous as “Over a Year Ago” instead of the proper month.
Database Latency Issues 09/12/19 10:00 - 10/12/19 09:00

There were some intermittent downtime issues during the morning and afternoon as the Development Team were working to solve an issue which has since been resolved that caused a spike in database response times causing certain sections of the dashboard to take longer to load. It may have also caused alerts not appear on the app for some users.

*Fixed* Advanced Alert dialog causes cancel alert button to not function properly.
*Fixed* Not returning a response if SMS credits are to low to send out invites.
*Fixed* Save As Draft not saving image or payment alert details.
